There are total three consumer reporting companies. They have setup central website with toll free number and mailing address for you to order your free annual credit report.

You can order your free credit report and check your credit history with this nationwide consimer reporting agencies every 12 months.

To claim you free credit report, please print out form located at ftc.gov/credit and mail to

• Atlanta, GA 30348-5281

Please don't contact these agencies individually. You need to provide your social security number and proof of address and sometimes you may need to verify this information by providing proof or copy of SSN number and driver license.
